Information we use

We process account details, football registration records, match activity, photographs, community posts, votes, predictions and operational audit records so Mashinani League can organise competitions and provide its public and protected services.

Children and safeguarding

Exact dates of birth, guardian details, proof-of-age material, medical information and safeguarding notes are restricted to specifically authorised League and Safeguarding staff. Public child profiles show only approved football information and consented media.

Private communication

Private message bodies are visible only to conversation participants. A reported message may be reviewed by authorised safeguarding or moderation staff for safety.

Security and retention

Access is role-based, privileged actions are recorded, and sensitive child information is encrypted. Records are retained only while needed for competition, safeguarding, legal or historical purposes.
